I grew up in Pasadena, CA, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to make movies. In Kindergarten, I drew a picture of myself holding a VHS, with the caption “I want to make a movie.” My teacher corrected the caption to say “I want to make a video” (she was one of those pragmatic Kindergarten teachers). Several years and dozens of Lego stop-motion videos later, I graduated with a B.F.A. in film production from Chapman University and set out to make movies professionally.

I’ve edited main title sequences for film and TV, including Godzilla vs. Kong, The Lion King, Mary Poppins Returns, Mrs. America, Fosse/Verdon, Justice League, Creed II, Crazy Rich Asians, Tomb Raider, Hightown, Ava, and more.

Recently, I was an additional editor on Silent Night (2023) and The Killer (2024), directed the short film Framed (in film festivals now), and I’m currently in post-production on a new short film, Seance for the ‘Gram.
